Training and Development of employees is a major focus to give employees skills for producing high quality products and to ensure ongoing personal development.

Our Staff
Heritage Industries currently has 57 employees with 45 having varying disabilities ranging from low support needs such as physical to very high support needs. We provide employment and training in both work skills and in life skills such as basic healthcare, cooking, cleaning, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving. There are no restrictions on the age, gender or culture of our employees.
Ongoing training on site has ensured that employees are well skilled in production of quality products. The workplace environment and support service has developed a dedicated and loyal staff.
